In such cases, 7u74 reserves the right to close all accounts and cancel any accumulated bonuses.

Age Verification
Age Proof Requirements
7u74 may request documents to verify a player's age at any time. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete. Acceptable identity documents include a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate.
All transactions made by or on behalf of a minor will be considered void and the associated account will be permanently closed.

Deposit Terms
To deposit money at 7u74, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳)
- Minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳200
- No processing fee applies on deposits
- Only bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted; 7u74 cannot guarantee a refund for funds sent through any method other than those listed
Withdrawal Terms
Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure all wagering requirements on bonuses in your account have been met. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳800
- The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method
- Withdrawals may be held until age or identity verification is complete
- 7u74 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected
Special Note on Rocket
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits and withdrawals through Rocket are processed in the same way as other methods and the same rules apply.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
7u74's welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus is available to new players one time only, on their first deposit.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳8,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳13,000
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
- Before wagering is complete, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn
- Only bets placed using the bonus balance will count toward wagering
- Wagering contributions may vary by game; contact support for details
Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
7u74 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following cases:
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
- Applying any strategy intended to abuse bonuses (arbitrage, betting pattern manipulation)
- Registering with false information
- When a promotion's designated period has expired
VIP Program
7u74's VIP program has three tiers. Your tier is determined based on your playing activity:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Separate wagering requirements may also apply for withdrawing cashback.

Fair Play Policy

Sports Betting Rules

Account Closure & Suspension
Rights of 7u74
7u74 may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If these terms and conditions are violated
- If age verification fails
- If fraudulent activity is suspected
- If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months)
- If required for legal or regulatory reasons
Account Closure at the Player's Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, email [email protected]. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed. Any bonus balance with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.
Inactive Account Policy
If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the balance. Contact support for more details.
